Frequently Asked Questions

Click "Become a Vendor" and fill in your personal and company details. After account creation, log in and complete your profile with compliance documents (Trade License, TIN, BIN, NID). Submit your profile for verification. You'll be notified once approved.

At minimum: a valid Trade License, TIN Certificate, BIN Certificate (if applicable), NID of the authorized signatory, and bank account details. Some tenders may require additional documents such as VAT certificates or manufacturer authorizations.

Tenders follow a multi-stage evaluation: Technical Review (scored against configurable criteria and weights), Commercial Review (price comparison, tax verification), and final recommendation. Procurement officers generate a rule-based Comparative Statement (CS) for ranking. Missing mandatory documents may result in disqualification.

Once submitted, a bid is locked. Modifications are only possible if the procurement team opens a clarification cycle. Withdrawal is allowed before the submission deadline if the tender is configured to permit it.

Submissions close automatically. A Bid Opening event occurs (time-based, authorized personnel only). Evaluators are then assigned and begin scoring. You'll receive notifications at each stage and can track your application status on your Dashboard.

Open Tender, Limited/Invited Tender, RFP, RFQ — each with configurable eligibility rules, submission modes (digital vs. physical), and evaluation criteria. e-Auction support is planned for a future phase.

Once a tender is awarded and a PO/Work Order is issued, you can upload bills with supporting documents (challan, delivery acceptance, VAT docs) through the Billing section. You can track payment progress and download challan templates.

A rule-based score (computed manually by procurement staff) reflecting compliance, document expiry risk, bid behavior, and performance flags. Scores are Green/Amber/Red. Keep your documents current and fulfil commitments to maintain a healthy status.
